Do you ship internationally?
Sadly due to increase in postal prices and change of service with USPS, I no longer offer international orders.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

**Packages are sent out via USPS (United States Postal Service)

If the item was a preorder:
Please allow up to 4~6 weeks from the time of your order submission.

Preorders are open for a week to allow me to determine the amount of that product is needed to be ordered from the manufacturer.

I will ship out your order as soon as possible after I'm stocked up on the item.
You will be notified VIA PAYPAL when they are on their way.

Non-Preorder items:
USA: 5 -7 days (Tracking included)

If I ordered a PreOrder item along with in-stock ones in the same order, when will they arrive?

If your order contains a PreOrder item, the whole order will not be shipped out until I have all the items in stock.

If you wish to have the in-stock items shipped separately, please make them two different orders to allow for correct shipping costs or e-mail me at [email protected] about details.

Do you ever restock any items?

No, unless I have a convention coming up and I have leftovers or if there is a high demand for a certain product.

Can I request a refund?
If there is an issue with your order please contact me at [email protected] as soon as possible. I will try to accommodate you as much as I can, if the item is damaged, lost or etc. 

But All Sales are Final, no Refunds.
